Quinn, Fairhurst, And Walewander Named To All-Patriot League Teams

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Patriot League announced its baseball major awards and all-league teams on Wednesday afternoon. Senior third baseman Aidan Quinn was named to the first team while junior starting pitcher Sam Fairhurst and senior catcher Owen Walewander earned spots on the second team.
Quinn is making his second consecutive appearance on the first team after earning the same honors in 2025. The Pipersville, Pa. native batted .293 on a team-high 48 hits with 25 RBIs, ten doubles, a triple, and four home runs. Quinn had 11 multi-hit games, including a three-hit performance at Bucknell (3/29). Quinn also broke the NCAA's all-time record for walks in a game with seven against Coppin State (4/14).
Fairhurst earns a spot on the second team after transferring in the summer from Catholic University. In his first season in the brown and white, Fairhurst posted a 4.50 ERA in a team-high 56.0 innings across 12 appearances and eight starts. Fairhurst was tied for the team lead in strikeouts with 54 and compiled a 3-5 record. Against Lafayette (4/18), Fairhurst pitched a complete seven-innings with eight strikeouts while earning the win.
Walewander is making his first career appearance on a Patriot League postseason team. The senior catcher batted .263 on 42 hits with a team-high 38 RBIs and ten home runs. He ranked fourth in the Patriot League in RBIs and finished second in home runs. Walewander had 11 multi-hit games, including a massive performance going 4-5 with eight RBIs against Coppin State (4/14).
