Evans named offensive player of the week

Evans leads the Mountain Hawks with three goals, seven points, twelve shots and four shots on goal. He has started in all four games for Lehigh this season, and ranks first in the Patriot League in shots per game (3.00), points per game (1.75) and goals per game (0.75).
This is the first time this season that Evans has been recognized by the Patriot League and also the first time in his career he has been named offensive player of the week. As a freshman, he was named the Patriot League Rookie of the Week once, and also received an honorable mention.
Lehigh returns to action on Wednesday night, when they host the University of Maryland-Baltimore County. The game will start at 7 p.m. at the Ulrich Sports Complex.
