BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Kyle Evans was named the Patriot League’s Offensive Player of the Week on Monday. Evans scored all three goals in Lehigh’s 3-0 win over Navy Saturday night. It was the first career hat trick for the sophomore forward and he now has a league leading nine goals on the season.
This is the second time this season Evans has been named the Offensive Player of the Week; he received the award on September 17, for his two goal performance against Rutgers. Evans currently ranks first in the Patriot League in points (19), points per game (2.11), goals (9) and goals per game (1.00). He is tied for second with three game winning goals and ranks third with 2.67 shots per game.
