Lehigh tennis teams complete perfect weekend

The men’s team took the courts first and had little trouble with the Dragons. Senior Randall Smalley had the toughest test, but outlasted Carlo Pangilinan 7-5, 7-5 at first singles. Junior Alfredo Fernandez-Concha won in straight sets over Pasquale Cardone at third singles to improve to a perfect 6-0 on the season.
The Lehigh women had equal success against Drexel, as the Brown and White picked up their third straight win. The Mountain Hawks won all three doubles matches and then swept the singles matches as well. Junior Gwen Dwyer held off Emily Lewis in three sets to win at first singles, while Lehigh’s other five singles players rolled to straight set victories.
The Mountain Hawks will return to action on March 6, when they head down to
