Bethlehem, PA - Lehigh will take to the field on Saturday evening on a night that is jam packed with storylines. The Mountain Hawks, ranked tenth in the Mid-Atlantic Region, will take to the field versus its archrival Lafayette, ranked third in the region, from the Ulrich Sports Complex. If that’s not enough to stir the emotions, it’s also senior night, and if that doesn’t do it for you, then the fact that the Mountain Hawks are in a dog fight for a Patriot League Tournament spot should. Lehigh has dropped its last two games to Colgate and tough regional foe Rutgers, and will look to get back on the winning track on Saturday.
The Mountain Hawks, currently fifth in America in goals against average, come into this weekend’s action with a record of 8-5-2, 2-2-1 in league play, which gives them seven points in league play, good for fourth place. A victory on Saturday evening over the Leopards who come into the game at 11-3 overall and 4-1 in conference action, will go a long way in helping Lehigh qualify for the post season tournament. Game time is set for 7:00 from the Ulrich Sports Complex on Saturday evening and all of the action can be heard live on Lehigh's website at lehighsports.com.
