Before Lehigh: New York state champion… three-time state place winner and two-time finalist… 2024 CNY Section 3 Wrestler of the Year… two-time CSC All-Star… two-time Fargo All-American… wrestled for Little Falls Wrestling Club and Journeymen Wrestling Club… NHSCA Scholar All-American… also competed in football (all-conference honorable mention on offensive line) and track and field (all-conference and sectional placer in shot put).
Personal: Daughter of Bryan and Sarah Shepardson… siblings John, Bailey and Mason… father played basketball and golf at Herkimer College.
