CAREER STATISTICS
GETTING TO KNOW KRIS
Nickname: Kris or Krabens (Krabes) or Abens... I really respond to most names
What’s your favorite thing about Lehigh? Hard to say at this point, but I'm pretty stoked about my roommates Lauren and Marina!
Major & Why: Most likely Environmental Science; I'm still technically undecided. I chose this because I really have a passion for learning about the environment and how to protect it and/or utilize its power in a safe way. I feel like Environmental Science is the new frontier and I would love to be a part of it. I don't think we've even scratched the surface when it comes to environmental technologies and I feel as though the possibilities are endless!
Favorite Class at Lehigh: I have yet to take one, but I registered for a cool freshman seminar class about the brain! And I love neuroscience, so it should be pretty awesome.
Favorite Place on Campus: I'm not going to beat around the bush on this one; it's probably going to be Rathbone.
Favorite Food: Honey Nut Cheerios
Favorite Color: Green
Favorite Musical Artist: 30 Seconds to Mars!!!!
Favorite Movie: Avatar (How original... but I couldn't resist)
Favorite TV Show: Lost (when it was still running), How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, Vampire Diaries (don't judge me), Duck Dynasty.
Favorite Website: YouTube
Favorite Sports Broadcaster: David Feherty
Favorite Pro Team: Flyers
Favorite Athlete In Another Sport: Novak Djokovic
Hobbies: Sports (lacrosse, soccer, basketball, tennis, swimming, running, golf, biking, lifting), playing the piano; reading (preferably fantasy books about monsters and demons and superheroes), being in the wilderness
Magazine Cover I'd Like To Be On: Ironman Magazine
Place I'd like To Visit: Anywhere on an IVHQ trip
Talent I'd Most Like To Have: An aptitude to speak in many different languages fluently
Dream Job: A job that doesn't feel like one. And one in the Environmental Sciences field. At least I think that's what I want.
I Wear My Jersey Number Because: I wear the number 8 because that number pops up a bunch in my life. I was born at 8:08 in the morning on the 18th and my mom was born in the 8th month, and I have 8 letters in my name, and let's be honest, 8 is just a pretty number. And odd numbers scare me.
If I Didn't Play Lacrosse, I Would: Train for the Iron Man World Championship in Kona.
If I Had $1 Billion Dollars, I Would: Hide it in my mattress until I became a sensible adult and then do something really worldly and productive with it.
