Why Lehigh? “I grew up coming to Lehigh with my family for football games and have always loved the campus and athletic facilities. Lehigh is an institution that accommodates both athletics and academics which was very important in my decision. Having the opportunity to play at a Division I level at such a highly acclaimed academic institution is a great experience.”
On being a student-athlete at Lehigh: “Being part of the Lehigh student-athlete experience has introduced me to many hard-working, knowledgeable, and dedicated athletes and coaches. Many of these people will not only continue to be some of my best friends, but also my mentors.”
On Coach Ota: “Liz is an excellent coach that cares not only about the team as a whole, but each individual that makes up that team. Not only does she want to build a highly recognized program by setting high standards for us on the field, but she encourages each of us to grow off the field as well.”
