Bio
WHY LEHIGH? "I have wanted to come to Lehigh since I played in a tournament here in sixth grade. I always remembered it being so beautiful, so I kept it on my radar ever since then. I ultimately chose Lehigh because I wanted to continue my lacrosse career at a school that could challenge me academically as well as on the field."
AS A FRESHMAN (2021): Saw action in five contests during rookie season … Played in season opener vs. Drexel (2/20), at La Salle (3/6), against Bucknell (3/27), at No. 13 Loyola (4/3) and at Lafayette (4/17).
BEFORE LEHIGH: Impressed at Bay Shore High School, garnering All-County honors multiple years … Senior captain … Named MVP sophomore year … Tallied 91 draw controls as a junior … Legacy Blue travel team was ranked No. 1 nationally going into the 2019 summer season … In 2020, received the Suffolk Zone Leadership Award and the Kathleen Roskot Memorial County Lacrosse Award … Also an All-Conference and Academic All-County volleyball student-athlete, helped Bay Shore to the 2019 league championship … Outside of athletics, Casey completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, a two-year educational program … Three-year member of Athletes Helping Athletes … Graduated No. 10 in class out of 476.
