BEFORE LEHIGH: Named All-State in cross country by the Connecticut High School Coaches’ Association…Hearst Connecticut Media Girls Cross Country All-Star…All-Conference selection and Academic All-Conference selection for cross country plus indoor and outdoor track…Graduated as the Newtown High School record holder in the 1000m, 5000m, 4x800 indoor and 4x800 outdoor...Captained the cross country, indoor, and outdoor track teams…High honor roll student all four years of high school…Member of the National Honor Society and National Chinese Honor Society.

Why did you choose Lehigh?:Â Mom attended Lehigh and when I looked at the school I fell in love with it.
