2019 OUTDOORS: Finished 23rd at the Patriot League Championships in the 800m (1:57.46)… competed in the 4x800m relay at the Patriot League Championships, IC4A Championships and Penn Relays… finished 49th overall in the 800m at the Larry Ellis Invitational (1:55.94)… Finished 60th overall in the 800m at the Bison Outdoor Classic (1:55.80)… Finished third overall in the 800m (1:53.83) and finished third overall in the 1500m (4:00.18), earning personal records in both events… Finished 19th overall in the 1500m at the Penn Challenge (4:03.92)… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2019 INDOORS: Finished 14th overall in the 800m at the Patriot League Championships (1:56.49)… Finished fifth overall in the 800m at the Bucknell Tune Up (1:57.08)… Finished 18th overall in the 800m at the Villanova Invitational (1:58.71)… Finished fifth overall in the 4x400m relay (3:35.21) and 10th overall in the mile (4:35.79) at the Angry Birds Challenge… Finished first overall in the 4x800m relay (8:15.95) and fifth overall in the 1000m, earning a personal record (2:34.43) at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals meet… Finished fourth overall in the 4x400m relay (3:36.90) and seventh overall in the 800m (2:01.07) at the Lehigh Season Opener.

2017 OUTDOORS: Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll…Competed in the 800m and 4x800m relay at the Patriot League Championships…Set season-bests in the 800m (1:54.50) and 1500m (4:03.81) at the Bison Outdoor Classic…Won the 800m at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet with a time of 2:00.72.
2017 INDOORS: Finished in second place and set a season-best in the 1000m at the Lehigh John Covert Classic with a time of 2:34.69…Finished ninth out of 39 runners in the mile (4:23.86) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge…Won the 800m (1:58.62) and was part of the winning 4x8 relay (8:06.22) at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet.
BEFORE LEHIGH: Finished 12th in the mile run at the 2016 PIAA Indoor State Championships…Ten-time PIAA District XI medalist in track and field…First Team All-Conference selection in cross country as a senior…Three-time all-conference honorable mention honoree in track and field…Emmaus High School record holder in the 4x800m relay (8:01)…Also played soccer and earned First Team All-Conference honors as a junior and senior…Named the 2016 Emmaus High School Boys Athlete of the Year.

Major and Why: Mechanical Engineering because it fascinates me to understand how something functions
