Deming enters his sixth season with the Mountain Hawks in 2019 and fifth season as an assistant coach.
 
Deming helped guide the Mountain Hawks to the program’s second-ever Patriot League Championship and fourth NCAA Tournament appearance in 2015. Deming served as a Volunteer Assistant Coach during the 2014 campaign and helped lead the Mountain Hawks to a 10-8-1 overall mark and 5-3-1 league record as Lehigh secured its first ten-win season since 2006.
 
Prior to joining the Lehigh coaching staff, Deming was a graduate assistant coach at Lock Haven University from 2011-2013. Deming assisted with all facets of the program and helped guide the Bald Eagles to a regular-season league championship in 2011. He was also a coach for the Arsenal Soccer Club in Pittsburgh from 2008-11 following a one-year stint as a student assistant coach at Lock Haven in 2008.

Deming played collegiate soccer at Lock Haven from 2003 to 2007. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management with a concentration in fitness management in 2008 before earning a Master's in Sports Administration in 2011.
