Registration:
  • ONLINE Registration is the only option.
  • Register as an individual or a TEAM.
  • Payment is due IN FULL upon registration.
Confirmation: A confirmation will be received immediately following online registration with details on completion of supplemental forms.  Detailed information about the camp will be sent approximately 2 weeks prior to camp start date.

Refund Policy:
  • All cancelation requests should be made to lnc3@lehigh.edu or call 610-758-4389.
  • Cancelations made 30 days or more prior to the start of camp will be awarded a 100% refund less credit card processing fee.
  • Cancelations made 15-29 days before the start of camp will be awarded a 75% refund.
  • Cancelations made 7-14 days prior to the start of camp will be awarded a 50% refund.
  • Cancelations made the day before camp up to 6 days prior to the start of camp will not be refunded.
  • All Cancelations can transfer their reservation and payment to a future camp or clinic.
  • "Sold Out" camps will not refund cancelations but may transfer the registration to a future camp.
  • No shows or cancelations on the day of camp will not be refunded or rolled forward.
