BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Saturday evening, Saint Francis defeated Lehigh, 4-2. With the loss, the Mountain Hawks fell to 2-6 on the season. With the win, Saint Francis improved to 5-6 on the season.
The match began with doubles action, where Saint Francis claimed the doubles point after Skye Yonehara and Audrey Harrington picked up a win on Court 3.
In singles play, Maggie Forkner defeated Dasha Chichkina on Court 1, 6-4, 6-2. On Court 3, Giselle Vlassis earned a three-set win over Gabriela Almanza, 6-4, 3-6, 6-3. The Red Flash secured victories on Courts 2, 4 and 5 to clinch the match.
