Why Lehigh: “I chose to attend Lehigh because I knew I would get a great education on a beautiful, lively campus, while also having the opportunity to play the sport I love.”
On playing lacrosse at Lehigh: “Being part of the Lehigh student-athlete experience is such an honor. We athletes are respected by both the students and faculty and are constantly supported in everything we do. I absolutely love it.”
On Coach Ota: “Coach Ota is the sweetest woman I’ve ever met. She is constantly there pushing and inspiring us to be the best we can be. I wouldn’t want to play for anyone else.”
Player Profile: As a freshman … appeared and started in all 17 games … handed out two assists along the way … scooped up 25 ground balls, caused 13 turnovers and won seven draw controls … Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week (4/10/07) after causing two turnovers and winning one draw control in a pivotal league victory over Colgate … member of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll and the Dean’s List … in secondary school … participated in varsity lacrosse all four years … also participated in varsity soccer for three seasons … member of the honor roll all four years.
