AS A JUNIOR (2011): Played in 16 games on the season, starting five … Key part of a defense which allowed only 8.9 goals per game … Helped hold five teams to six goals or fewer … Recorded six groundballs, three caused turnovers and a draw control on the season … Scooped a career-high three groundballs against Saint Joseph’s (3/2) … Opened the season with a groundball at defending NCAA Tournament qualifier Marist (2/19) … For her efforts, earned Honorable Mention on the Patriot League Weekly Honor Roll after shutting down defending MAAC Offensive Player of the Year Kelly Condon (Pierce held her to only a single assist and two shots) … Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2010): Appeared in seven games.
AS A FRESHMAN (2009): Appeared in nine games, making two starts along the way … Scooped up five ground balls, including two versus Fairfield.
BEFORE LEHIGH: Garnered All-America honors in 2008 as well as First Team All-Shore recognition … Also participated in soccer and basketball, serving as captain in lacrosse and basketball … Academic All-American … Class valedictorian … Bloustein Scholar … Treasurer of the National Honor Society … New Jersey Interscholastic Athletic Association Scholar Athlete.
