WHY LEHIGH? “I chose Lehigh because I know it will be a rewarding endeavor to both study and compete for such a prestigious institution. I am also a proud legacy of the University, as both my grandfather and uncle are alumni.”

ON COACH REDFERN: “To date, my favorite element of Coach Redfern's style is her hands-on approach to coaching. I am looking forward to playing for her. While she demands excellence, her positive attitude and depth of knowledge lends itself to developing the success of our team.”
 
AS A SENIOR (2015): Got into 16 games, making four starts … Tallied two goals, three assists, four groundballs, five draw controls and three caused turnovers … Started against Boston University (4/8) and tallied a draw control … Scored a goal in convincing Patriot League victory at Bucknell (3/24) … Had a groundball, caused turnover and draw control one game prior vs. #16 Loyola (3/21) … Scooped a groundball vs. Colgate (3/14) … Scored first goal of the season at Jacksonville (3/10) while adding a groundball and caused turnover … Groundball and caused turnover in strong defensive effort vs. Fairfield (2/28) … Dished three assists and added a groundball vs. Niagara (2/22) … Had a draw control in the season opener at #10 Penn State (2/14) ... Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
 
AS A JUNIOR (2014): Played in all 16 games, starting nine times … Finished with four goals while adding five groundballs, four draw controls and six caused turnovers … Scored a career-high three goals in the Patriot League Quarterfinals at Boston University (4/22) … Recorded a groundball and caused turnover against Holy Cross (4/19) … Had a groundball and three caused turnovers vs. American (4/13) … Posted first goal of the season, and a groundball, at #20 Navy (4/9) … Tallied a draw control as part of big regular season win at Boston University (4/5). Mountain Hawks handed the Terriers their first-ever Patriot League loss … Had a groundball at Loyola (3/22) … Draw control in big win over archrival Lafayette (3/19) … Recorded a draw control in Patriot League opening win vs. Bucknell (3/8) … Had a draw control and caused turnover at New Hampshire (3/1) … Posted a groundball vs. Binghamton (2/25) ... AS A SOPHOMORE (2013): Played in all 16 games, making 15 starts … Finished with nine points (seven goals and two assists) … Added 21 groundballs, 19 draw controls and nine caused turnovers … Tallied two goals and two assists vs. Yale (3/31) … One goal each in four of the first five games: at Temple (2/23), at Binghamton (2/27), vs. Delaware (3/5) and at Navy (3/9) … Scooped up three groundballs in three different games: vs. Villanova (2/16), vs. Fairfield (3/20) and at Lafayette (3/29) … Had three caused turnovers vs. Temple (2/23).

AS A FRESHMAN (2012): Strong freshman campaign at both ends of the field, posting 13 points behind seven goals and six assists … One of six Mountain Hawks to start all 16 games … Also added 25 groundballs, 25 draw controls and 12 caused turnovers … Was second on the team in groundballs and third in caused turnovers … Scored a goal against Holy Cross (4/14) … Impressed with four groundballs and three caused turnovers vs. #13 Penn State (4/11). BEFORE LEHIGH: Capped off stellar high school career by leading Glen Rock in every statistical category as a senior … Finished 2011 with 60 goals, 41 assists and 71 groundballs … Departs as the school’s single-game record holder for points (12) and assists (seven) … Four-year varsity letterwinner and two-year captain … Earned First Team All-County, First Team All-League and First Team All-Suburban in both 2010 and ’11 … Also named to the New Jersey Leger’s 2011 Player to Watch List … Five-year player for the Metro Magic Lacrosse Club … Also played varsity basketball … Was named Glen Rock Female Athlete of the Year in 2009 and ’11 … Was a three-year honor roll student and 2011 Senior Scholarship Recipient.

PERSONAL:  Kelsey's father played College lacrosse for Kean University (‘77) and mother was a New Jersey State Champion in the half mile (‘75) … Yenco’s grandfather James H. Latham Jr. is a Lehigh alum (‘53) … Sister Kaitlyn is a graduate of the University of  Tennessee (‘11) with a degree in International Finance and an MBA from Montclair State University (‘14).
