Quinn And Kochanowicz Named To Preseason All-Patriot League Team

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Senior infielder Aidan Quinn and sophomore relief pitcher Cole Kochanowicz have been named to the 2026 Preseason All-Patriot League Team, as announced by the league on Wednesday afternoon.
The Patriot League Baseball Preseason Honors are voted on by coaches around the league.
Quinn's selection to the Preseason All-League team comes off the heels of a dominant 2025 campaign that saw him hit a team-best .345 on 58 hits with 12 doubles, six home runs, a triple, and 49 RBIs. The Pipersville, Pennsylvania native also recorded a team-high .974 OPS and .536 slugging percentage. Quinn was named to the first team all-league and the Patriot League All-Tournament Team in 2025.
Kochanowicz had an excellent first-year campaign last season for the Mountain Hawks, collecting four Patriot League Rookie of the Week honors on route to a spot on the second team all-league. Kochanowicz led Lehigh with a 3.12 ERA while posting a 6-1 record with three saves, 33 strikeouts, and a .211 batting average against in 34.2 innings of work.
The Mountain Hawks were picked to finish in fourth place in the preseason poll, which would qualify them for the Patriot League tournament. Lehigh finished in fourth place a season ago, falling to eventual champion Holy Cross in a win or go home game three of the semifinal round.
Lehigh opens the 2026 season on February 13-15 for a three-game series against the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.
