Lehigh and Army Set to Meet for Second Time This Season Wednesday Evening at 6 p.m. at Stabler

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Mountain Hawks and Black Knights will meet for the second time this season Wednesday evening, as Lehigh hosts Army at Stabler Arena. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m. in a matchup featuring two teams tied at 6-2 in Patriot League play. Lehigh enters the contest with a 10-8 overall record, while Army comes in at 15-4.Â
The game will serve as the Pink Game, presented by Lehigh Valley Topper Cancer Institute, part of Jefferson Health, and will be streamed live on ESPN+.
In their first matchup, Lehigh defeated Army 77-66 back on December 31st. In the win Lily Fandre and Whitney Lind both finished with 18 points, while Belle Bramer added 16.Â
Lehigh enters the matchup against Army riding a two-game winning streak. In Wednesday evening's win over Loyola, Lily Fandre poured in a career-high 32 points, while Whitney Lind added 24 points on 7-of-13 shooting from the field.
This past Saturday in the Rivalry, presented by Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute, Lehigh earned a 62-48 victory over Lafayette. First-year Alana Reddy scored a career-high 15 points, knocking down five 3-pointers, while Gracyn Lovette filled the stat sheet with 14 points, seven rebounds and six assists.
Army enters the matchup coming off a 60-44 loss at Navy on Saturday, as the Midshipmen sit alone atop the Patriot League standings at 7-1. Kya Smith leads the Black Knights in scoring at just over 14 points per game and finished with 18 points and six assists in the Army Lehigh meeting on Dec. 31.
