Women's Golf Head Coach John Manos Adds Director of Golf Title

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh Athletics has announced a structural change within its men's and women's golf programs. John Manos, who recently completed his first season as Lehigh's Head Women's Golf Coach has added the title Director of Golf. In this role, Manos will direct all aspects of program operations, management and student-athlete development for both programs, while continuing to serve as the women's head coach. He will also oversee the Mulvihill Golf Learning Center.
Henry D'Alberto '97 will continue to serve as Lehigh's Head Men's Golf Coach and will lead the men's team on a daily basis along with assistant coach David Olexson '16. They will continue to handle a majority of recruiting for the men's program with support from Manos.
As Director of Golf, Manos will play a larger role in regards to recruiting strategy, scheduling, budget management and alumni relations for both programs. He will also continue to manage Lehigh's relationships with Saucon Valley Country Club, the Steel Club and Trump National Golf Club.
In his first season coaching Lehigh's women's team, the Mountain Hawks finished second or third in all four of their fall tournaments. Lehigh finished the 2024-25 season with a pair of All-Patriot League honorees, with Stefania Fedun finishing fifth and Yuki Zhu tying for 11th place at the Patriot League Championship, which Lehigh hosted at Saucon Valley Country Club.
Manos was hired to lead the women's program at Lehigh in July 2024 following three successful seasons leading the men's and women's golf programs at Drew University in Madison, N.J.
