BALTIMORE - The Lehigh women's lacrosse team was overpowered by No. 1 Loyola in the Patriot League Tournament semifinal , closing out the 2024 campaign with a 18-0 loss to the Greyhounds in Baltimore on Thursday.

Loyola went on a 9-0 run in the first half, led by Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year Sydni Black with three goals. Black finished the afternoon with a team-leading five goals.

The Greyhounds carried momentum into the third quarter, scoring five goals to take a 14-0 lead heading into the final quarter. Loyola advanced to the championship game with an 18-0 victory.

Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year Hayley Hunt had eight saves in her final game as a Mountain Hawk.

Lehigh finishes the 2024 season 8-9 overall and 3-6 in Patriot League play.
