Lehigh Announces 2023 Football Promotional Schedule

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – With the 2023 Lehigh football season set to kick off in less than two weeks, Lehigh has announced its promotional schedule and game day themes for the upcoming campaign. Lehigh will host five games at Goodman Stadium this fall, beginning with a Sept. 2 clash against Villanova and culminating with the 159th meeting of college football's most-played rivalry as Lehigh hosts Lafayette on Nov. 18. Start times for all five Lehigh home games in 2023 will be 12 p.m.

Villanova, Sept. 2: Dog Day presented by JFR Salvage
Cornell, Sept. 16: Family Day presented by PSECU
Georgetown, Oct. 14: Tackle Cancer Day presented by Red Robin in partnership with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS)
Holy Cross, Nov. 4: Salute to Service, presented by Weis Markets
Lafayette, Nov. 18: #Rivalry159, presented by Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute

2023 Lehigh Football Game Themes:
Villanova, Sept. 2: Dog Day presented by JFR Salvage
- Fans are invited to bring their well-trained dogs on a leash to the game.
- Dogs are welcome in designated areas (see map)
- Lehigh students, faculty, and staff receive free admission with their Lehigh ID card.
Cornell, Sept. 16: Family Day presented by PSECU
- Lehigh Athletics welcomes families of Lehigh students to Goodman Stadium to watch the Mountain Hawks battle Cornell. Families with kids of all ages are also invited to come experience Goodman Stadium, with discounted tickets for children in advance and on game day.
- Lehigh students, faculty, and staff receive free entry with their Lehigh ID card.
Georgetown, Oct. 14: Tackle Cancer Day presented by Red Robin in partnership with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS)
- Lehigh will host its fourth annual Tackle Cancer Day, to help bring awareness to the fight against blood cancers.
- Donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society will be accepted inside the stadium on game day.
- Lehigh students, faculty, and staff receive free entry with their Lehigh ID card.
Holy Cross, Nov. 4: Salute to Service, presented by Weis Markets
- All active and retired military members and first responders can claim a complimentary ticket to the game.
- Lehigh students, faculty, and staff receive free entry with their Lehigh ID card.
Lafayette, Nov. 18: #Rivalry159, presented by Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute
- College football's most-played rivalry returns to Goodman Stadium.
