
Lehigh to Return to Action Against Drexel on Saturday

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Lehigh women's swimming and diving team returns to action on Saturday after a two-week hiatus vs. Drexel in Philadelphia at 10:30 a.m.
The Mountain Hawks are coming off of a monster win against Lafayette, defeating the Leopards 219-80. Lehigh is 4-1 to start the season.Â
Drexel is 2-0 after beating La Salle and Seton Hall.Â
Lehigh came home with 14 first-place finishes against the Leopards. Sarah Hardy won three individual events: the 200-yard butterfly (1:59:32), the 100-yard butterfly (55.49) and the 200-yard IM (2:05.71).
The Mountain Hawks faced the Dragons last year. Drexel defeated Lehigh 195-105.
The Mountain Hawks are 16-12 all-time against the Dragons.

Hardy also finished in first in two events against the Dragons last year. The senior won the 100-yard butterfly and the 200-yard IM.
Sophomore Sarah Gill is undefeated on the season. Last year, she took home a sixth-place finish in this meet.
This will be the Mountain Hawks' last meet until January 13, when they take on Seton Hall in West Orange, N.J. Lehigh will take finals, and then winter break begins.Â
