
Mountain Hawks set to host 2021 Patriot League Tennis Championships

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — The Navy men's tennis team will serve as the top seed in the 2021 Patriot League Men's Tennis Championship as the official schedule was announced by the Patriot League on Wednesday. The Midshipmen are the defending Patriot League champion after defeating Army West Point, 4-3, in 2019.
The championship will take place at Lehigh's Ulrich Varsity Tennis Courts from Thursday, April 22 to Sunday, April 25 in Bethlehem, Pa.
Action will get underway on Thursday afternoon with a first-round match at 3 p.m. between No. 8 Lafayette and No. 9 Holy Cross.
Friday's quarterfinals will begin with a pair of matches at 11 a.m. with No. 1 Navy playing the winner of the No. 8 Lafayette/No. 9 Holy Cross match, and No. 4 Bucknell versus No. 5 Colgate. At 3 p.m., No. 3 Lehigh will face No. 6 Boston University and No. 2 Army West Point will play No. 7 Loyola Maryland.
Semifinal matches will be held at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 24 with the Championship scheduled for Sunday, April 25.
