BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Fresh off last weekend's victory over Lafayette, the Lehigh women's track and field team will send athletes to three different meets in the state of Pennsylvania this weekend.
The first meet will be the Mondschein Multi at Kutztown University. The meet will feature 23 multis competing in the heptathlon including Lehigh sophomore Tyler Bannister, and freshmen Cate Shippee and Monica McGavin. All of the action is scheduled to get underway at 3 p.m. on Thursday and will resume on Friday at 9 a.m.
The Mountain Hawks will send a majority of their competitors to Bucknell on Friday and Saturday for the Bison Outdoor Classic. The field events will start the action on both days at 2:30 p.m. on Friday and 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. Live results will be available and the meet will be streamed live on FloTrack.
The third and final meet of the weekend will take place on Saturday across town in Bethlehem at the Moravian Greyhound Invitational. Lehigh's jumpers will participate at the invite, along with several others who are also scheduled to compete at Bucknell on Friday.

Last Saturday at Lafayette, the Mountain Hawks were victorious in all eight field events en route to picking up wins in 15 events to top the Leopards 132-71. Paired with the men's team win, Lehigh completed the season sweep of the Leopards in both indoor and outdoor track for the first time since the 2011-12 season. Senior Amanda Youngblood won the discus and shot put, in addition to a runner-up finish in the hammer throw to earn Field Athlete of the Meet honors. Freshman Ashleigh Crawford was named the Track Athlete of the Meet after setting a new personal record to win the 3,000m steeplechase.
