Six Mountain Hawks earn spots on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Six members of the Lehigh women's tennis team have been named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for their strong spring semesters in the classroom, as announced by the league on Tuesday.
 
Two-time Academic All-League member junior Jamie Campisi led the way with a perfect 4.0 spring semester grade point average in her Journalism major. Campisi was one of six Patriot League women's tennis student-athletes to earn a 4.0 GPA in the spring.
 
Sophomore Kirstin Godau joined Campisi in earning a spot on Lehigh's Dean's List with a semester GPA of 3.65 in the College of Business and Economics. Campisi and Godau were joined on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll by junior Cassidy Cruz and sophomores Christina Auyeung, Abby Duddy and Briana Maravich.
 
To be eligible for the Spring Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's winter or spring championship sports.
 
The Mountain Hawks finished the 2016 season with a 9-9 overall record.
