Three Mountain Hawks named to men's golf academic honor roll

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Three members of the Lehigh men's golf team have been named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, announced Monday. The Mountain Hawks were represented by senior Carlos Kim, junior Harley Abrams and sophomore Brendan Worthy.
To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's winter or spring championship sports.
Kim was one of two Patriot League men's golfers to post a 4.0 GPA in the spring. Kim earned his degree in accounting last May.
Abrams earned a 3.80 GPA in political science. A two-time Academic All-Patriot League selection and Lehigh's highest finish at the 2015 Patriot League Championship, Abrams graduated from Lehigh in three years and will use his final year of eligibility at Northwestern next year.
Worthy matched Abrams with a 3.80 GPA in the spring. He is a finance major who played 14 competitive rounds for the Mountain Hawks, including a 33rd place finish at the league championship.
A total of 38 student-athletes were named to the men's golf academic honor roll, including all five Academic All-Patriot League selections.
Lehigh finished fifth at the Patriot League Championship in April.
