Lehigh wraps up fall season at ITA Regionals

HANOVER, N.H. – The Lehigh women's tennis team completed its final fall event of the season this weekend as four Mountain Hawks competed in the ITA Northeast Regionals at Dartmouth. Junior Jamie Campisi and sophomore Christina Auyeung picked up a win in doubles play to highlight the event.

Auyeung and Campisi earned an 8-4 win over Alex Bryant and Shreya Pasricha of Fairleigh Dickinson to begin doubles play. The duo then fell to Saint Joseph's Zofia Stanisz and Natalia Vavulina, 8-3.

The team of junior Cassidy Cruz and freshman Grace Lin lost their opening round doubles match 8-6 to Cornell's Marika Cusick and Jane Stewart.

In singles play, Auyeung had a bye for her first round in main draw action before dropping a 6-2, 6-1 match to Rima Asatrian of Columbia.

Lehigh's spring season will begin in late January.
