
Auyeung, Campisi compete at ITA Regionals

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Two members of the Lehigh women's tennis team competed at the ITA Northeast Regionals last weekend at Yale's Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center. Freshman Christina Auyeung represented the Mountain Hawks in singles and teamed with sophomore Jamie Campisi in doubles.
Auyeung was placed directly into the main draw for singles, bypassing the qualifying round. She was paired up against Lina Qostal of Penn. In a tight match that went three sets, it was Qostal advancing by a 6-3, 1-6, 6-2 score.
In doubles action, Auyeung and Campisi lost 8-5 to the team of Jessica Wacnik and Lexi Borr of Boston College.
The Mountain Hawks will close out their fall season when they host the three-day Patriot League kickoff, beginning Friday at the Lewis Tennis Center and on the Ulrich Varsity Courts.
