Lehigh Baseball to host Alumni Game on Oct. 19

BETHLEHEM, Pa. -- The Lehigh baseball team, along with Lehigh's Athletic Partnership, will host its annual Alumni Game on October 19th with the event scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m.

"[The game] is a great opportunity to collaborate with old teammates and even show off your arm and swing," said Sean Leary, who enters his 19^th season as head coach. "[It's] a major event that sparks the start of baseball season."

The event begins with check-in at Lehigh's Varsity House, followed by warm-up activities at the field. The home run derby is slated for 10-10:45 a.m. and each participant will get seven swings on the diamond.

The alumni game is scheduled to begin at 10:45 a.m. and will end with a catered luncheon. At 12:30 p.m., all guests are invited to head to Goodman Stadium where the Lehigh football team will take on Georgetown.
