"Brook's performance was a high point at the meet," said head coach Matt Utesch. "We had some really hard workouts heading into this weekend so our legs weren't fresh, which makes Brook's performance even more remarkable."
Astor won the 100m hurdles (14.60), the high jump (1.54m) and the 200-meter dash (25.90) while he placed second in the long jump (5.10m) and 800-meter run (2:28.25) and was third in the shot put (10.08m).
Astor was joined in the event by freshmen Natalie Bates and Babette Hohrath whom placed fourth (3,862) and fifth (3,394), respectively.
In the long jump, sophomore Tiffany Penge had a great effort finishing fifth with a distance of 5.24m, which was just 0.24m behind first.
Freshman Serenah Polite made the finals of the 100-meter hurdles where she placed eighth with a time of 15:57.
Sophomore Kylie Gray placed seventh in the pole vault with a distance of 3.05m.
