The honor is Williams' first of her career as the Mountain Hawks now sit in sole possession of second place in the Patriot League.

In Saturday's 68-55 over rival Lafayette, Williams scored a career-high 23 points while shooting 8-of-14 from the floor, surpassing her previous career high of 18 points which she tallied in last year's Patriot League Championship game. Williams recorded two more blocks against the Leopards and was 7-of-11 from the foul line. She also added eight rebounds and is now one shy of 700 for her career which will make her the 23rd student-athlete in League history to achieve that next milestone.
