BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Head coach Addie Micir and Lehigh women's basketball have announced the addition of four incmoing first-years who will join the Mountain Hawks for the 2026-27 season.
Lehigh will welcome forward Olivia Johnston (Sydney, Australia), guard Olivia Fleming (Windham, N.H.), guard Ryann Jennings (Devon, Pa.) and guard Mia Washington (Warwick, N.Y.).
Olivia Johnston - F- Sydney, Australia
Johnston represented New South Wales in 2024, helping lead the team to an undefeated national championship. That same year, she was selected to attend the National Performance Camp at the Australian Institute of Sport, joining some of the top players in the country.
In 2025, Johnston helped her school capture the Catholic Schools Open Basketball Championship and led her youth league team to a league title. She also competed with an NBL1 championship team that traveled to Canberra to compete at nationals against the top programs in Australia.
Micir on Johnston: "Liv Johnston brings elite size and high-level playing experience to our program. A worker by nature, we love the way Liv intentionally approaches improving her game on both ends of the floor. She's an elite shot blocker and can guard the perimeter with her length and mobility. We can't wait to have her in the Brown and White!"
Olivia Fleming - G - Windham, New Hampshire
Fleming is a guard from Windham, N.H., who attended Northfield Mount Hermon and helped lead her high school program to three NEPSAC AA championships.
A three-time team captain, she is a three-time NEPSAC AA All-Star and a two-time NEPSAC AA Player of the Year. Fleming finished her prep career as a 1,000-point scorer with more than 500 rebounds and 200 steals.
Micir on Fleming: "Liv is a heady point guard who understands how to make others better. Also a knockdown shooter, Liv fits our 'Share It and Shoot It' mentality. She's a winner in all facets of the word and we are excited for her to get to Bethlehem!"
Ryann Jennings - G - Devon, Pennsylvania
Jennings is a guard from Devon, Pa., who attended Conestoga High School, where she became the schools all-time leading scorer with 1,942 points.
A two-time Central League MVP, Jennings earned First Team All-State honors, along with First Team All-Central League and First Team All Main Line recognition. She was also named the 2026 Markward Club Suburban Player of the Year.
On the AAU circuit with Comets Basketball, she earned All-Tournament Team Honorable Mention and qualified for the US Open Basketball Championships.
Micir on Jennings: "Philly tough!!! We are so excited to have a player like Ryann joining our team. She can score at all three levels, she sees the floor and delivers passes, and she is fearless on the glass. Ryann will be able to play multiple positions for us, and we are looking forward to adding her competitiveness to our team."
Mia Washington - G - Warwick, New York
Washington is a guard from Warwick, N.Y., and a McDonald's All-American nominee who has been a consistent standout across both high school and showcase competition.
At Pope John High School, she helped lead her team to HWS championships in both the 2023-24 and 2025-26 seasons, earning MVP honors in each title run. Washington was also named Most Valuable Player for the 2023-24 and 2025-26 seasons and earned Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2022-23.
She also earned MVP honors at the Teaneck Women's Varsity Basketball Showcase and received the "She Balls Too" Student-Athlete Award.
Washington was a two-time First Team All-NJAC honoree (2024-25, 2025-26) and earned NJAC All-Academic Team honors in both seasons.
Micir on Washington: "Mia is a slashing guard who also has the ability to knock it down from 3. We love her quiet confidence on the offensive end and she's a menace defensively with her quickness and length. Mia plays right into our WE culture with her ability to score and her willingness to do all of the other little things our team needs."
