Lehigh places 12 on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh placed 12 members of its women's soccer team on the Patriot League's Academic Honor Roll, which was announced Thursday afternoon. The Mountain Hawks excelled both on and off the field this season, winning their first Patriot Championship and producing a strong performance in the classroom. Senior Psychology major Glynn Fitzer led the honorees with a 3.82 GPA for the semester. In order to be eligible for the honor roll, student-athletes must obtain a 3.2 GPA while in season.
Coming in just behind Fitzer were freshman Paige Dyrek and senior Lauren Mains, who posted 3.65 and 3.54 GPAs, respectively. Eight of Lehigh's 12 honor roll students earned GPAs of 3.4 or higher.
Lehigh was one of six Patriot League squads to place 10 or more members on the honor roll.
