Mountain Hawks closing in on Top-25

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh women’s basketball team continued to earn votes in the USA Today/ESPN Division I Top-25 Coaches’ Poll on Tuesday. The Mountain Hawks received their highest vote total to-date (13) a few days after claiming their second straight Patriot League title. The Brown and White defeated the No. 2 seed American 58-42 to advance to the NCAA Tournament.
Lehigh will have to wait until 7 p.m. tonight to find out its NCAA Tournament fate. ESPN will be broadcasting the selection show live beginning at 7.
