Ten Mountain Hawks named to PL Honor Roll

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Lehigh placed ten student-athletes on the Patriot League’s Academic Honor Roll for women’s soccer, announced by the league on Thursday. Senior Anndrea Yetter led the way for the Mountain Hawks, as she was one of seven Patriot League women’s soccer student-athletes to earn a 4.0 grade point average in the fall semester. To be eligible for the honor roll, a student-athlete must obtain a 3.2 GPA and be awarded a varsity letter in his or her sport.

Of the ten Mountain Hawks named to the honor roll, seven earned a grade point average of 3.6 or better, including seniors Jen Fetsick, Courtney Jackson and Melissa Montalvo; juniors Allison Caldwell and Emily Means, and sophomore Alex Warren. Sophomore Liz Carlos and freshman Lauren Mains were also named to the honor roll.

In all, 89 student-athletes from around the league were honored, led by American’s Krystn Hodge, who was named the Patriot League Scholar Athlete of the Year based on a vote by the league’s sports information directors.
