Lehigh will face its second Big East foe and second NCAA qualifier on September 14 as regional rival Villanova visits the Ulrich Sports Complex. These two teams did not meet a year ago, but Lehigh enjoyed a 1-0 win at Villanova during the Mountain Hawks’ record setting 2005 season.

The final regular season road trip will be a tough one for Lehigh as the Mountain Hawks will follow the four game homestand with games at Patriot League rivals Bucknell (October 26) and Colgate (October 28), before returning home to meet Army in the regular season finale on Saturday night November 3.
“There will me no easy games in our league,” says Oudin. “Even the teams that are rebuilding are always tough. Navy is coming off a second round NCAA appearance, Colgate and Bucknell are always strong, and even teams like Lafayette and Holy Cross are much improved.”
The top four teams qualify for the Patriot League tournament, November 9-11 on the home field of the highest seed.
Lehigh will open the 2007 season on August 31 when Quinnipiac visits the Ulrich Sports Complex at 7 p.m.
