Mountain Hawks grab a pair of spring victories

Despite the pair of wins, Coach Manny Oudin said, “In the spring, the focus is not really on results, but about how we play. Right now our focus is to try to give all players equal playing time, and try out different combinations of players on the field at the same time. We also try to give players different roles and positions to see how they handle it.”
Although winning is not the main focus, Coach Oudin did agree that it was nice to pick up a couple of wins. Oudin was especially pleased with the performance of freshman Daniela Molina, who was out in the fall season nursing a knee injury. Coach Oudin explains, “This is really the first opportunity to see Daniela in live competition, and it seems that she is really going to be a great addition to the team in the fall.”
