Bethlehem, PA – Lehigh basketball season tickets are now on sale to the general public. Earlier this month, season ticket renewal forms were sent out to those who previously held tickets, and now all Lehigh basketball fans have their chance to get in on the excitement. With the Patriot League’s new format and the elimination of doubleheaders, the schedule features 13 men’s and 14 women’s home games in 2004-2005. Led by two-time Patriot League Coach of the Year Billy Taylor, the Mountain Hawk men are coming off their first ever Patriot League regular season and tournament title. Last season saw Lehigh win 13 consecutive games at Stabler Arena, while playing host to the largest crowd (5,206 vs. Lafayette) to see a collegiate game in the building’s history. Meanwhile, the women’s squad returns nine letterwinners and four starters from last year’s team that won a school record nine league games and advanced to the league semifinals. The men’s team makes its Stabler Arena debut on Wednesday, November 24, when Lehigh hosts Sacred Heart.
