Boston moves on to championship game

The Terriers established an early 4-2 lead at tip-off and never relinquished it in 200 minutes of play. At intermission Boston led 42-21. Against Delaware, Boston dominated most aspects of the game. The Hornets were only able to out rebound the Terriers by one (40-39). The Terriers recorded 28 field goals to the Hornets 19. Boston shot 69.6 percent behind the charity stripe and Delaware shot 63.2 percent.
Sophomore guard Katie Terhune led the Terriers’ attack with 18 points. Terhune entered the contest as Boston’s main offensive threat, averaging 19 points per game. Sophomore Lashaunda Mitchell tallied 12 points for the Terriers. Senior Dia Dufault and sophomore Marisa Mosely each chipped in ten.
Junior Terrana Pyfrom paced the Hornets with a team high of 12 points and four rebounds. Andrea House also pulled down four rebounds and freshman Jordan Angel added seven points.
