Eight rowers named to Honor Roll led by Cross' 4.0

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh placed eight student-athletes on the 2008 Patriot League Rowing Academic Honor Roll, it was announced on Tuesday. A total of 92 rowers from around the league were honored, led by Colgate’s Meredith Remmer who was voted the Scholar Athlete of the Year. Lehigh senior Jackie Cross was one of just eight rowing student-athletes to earn a perfect 4.0 grade point average during the 2008 spring semester. To be eligible for the honor roll, a student-athlete must obtain a 3.2 grade point average and be awarded a varsity letter.

Cross led the Mountain Hawks with a 4.00 GPA during the 2008 spring semester. She was joined on the Honor Roll by Stephanie Bojarski, Jen Keefe, Jen Lance, Emily Marshall, Kaitlyn McCraken, Diana Philipova and Christine Porcaro.
