FACTS AND FIGURES
Steiner-Steinberg Boathouse was dedicated in 1998 through donations from parents, friends and alumni of the Lehigh Rowing programs. Located on the Lehigh River in Allentown, Pa., the boathouse sits about twenty minutes from the Lehigh University campus. The 20 ft x 80 ft boathouse near Buck Boyle Park can house 6-eight person boats, 5-four person boats, 4-singles and 2-doubles. The boathouse also provides space for sixteen ergometers for the rowing team to train. The river provides more than 2500 meters of protected water for the Lehigh Rowing programs, which are the only rowing programs utilizing the river.
In addition to their training, the Mountain Hawks host their programs camps and clinics at the facility.
