Lehigh announces two additions to coaching staff

“I am very excited to announce the additions of John Bisco and Tim Fisher to our Lehigh baseball staff,” said Leary. “Bisco and Fisher have both accomplished a great deal in their playing and coaching careers. I am confident that adding their baseball experience to our program will make an immediate impact this spring.”
Bisco comes to Lehigh after serving as head coach of the Easton Senior Legion baseball team for 11 years. His teams made it the playoffs seven of his 11 season, while capturing four divisional championships and made two regional appearances.
Bisco graduated from
Following graduation, Bisco played and managed in the Blue Mountain League, for 22 seasons. He helped the team capture six divisional championships and four regular season league titles. While managing in the Blue Mountain League, he also served as an assistant at LaSalle under legendary coach Gene McDonnell, from 1980-83.
In 2002, Bisco was elected into the Blue Mountain League Hall of Fame. He is also a member of the Notre Dame High School Hall of Fame and the Northampton County Legion Hall of Fame.
Over his coaching career, Bisco has an overall record of 290-229. He has seen 35 of his players go onto play at the collegiate level, as well as having eight players be named Pitcher of the Year.
