Frigid temps postpone Friday's game

Bethlehem, PA – Lehigh’s game against King’s College, scheduled for March 22, has been postponed due to the combination of cold temperatures and high winds, creating wind chill readings in the single digits. The contest will be made up on Tuesday, April 30, at Lehigh’s Goodman Field. First pitch will take place at 3:00.
Friday’s postponement marks the second time this week that Lehigh has had a game postponed because of the elements. On Tuesday, the Mountain Hawks’ game at Delaware State was washed away. That contest was made up on Thursday, with Lehigh pulling out a 13-8 victory in Dover, Delaware.
The Mountain Hawks return to action with a doubleheader at the University of Pennsylvania on Saturday. The twinbill will be broadcast live on the Lehigh web site at www.lehigh.edu, with action getting underway at noon ET. The Mountain Hawks will be in search of their sixth consecutive win.
