Lehigh announces 2008 baseball broadcast schedule

For the first time, select baseball broadcasts will feature live streaming video in addition to play-by-play audio at no additional charge. Lehigh has also teamed up with the Lehigh Valley’s largest cable television provider, Service Electric, to televise a number of home games this spring on its award-winning 2 Sports outlet – including the baseball doubleheader vs. Navy on April 6. The broadcast team of Steve Lomangino, Jeff Tourial, Ryan Chadwick, and Robbie Aaron ‘09 will call the action all season long on television and on the Internet.
Parents, fans, and alumni around the world can tune in to the live action of a variety of Lehigh sporting events via Lehighsports.com. The on-line package also includes on-demand access to the Lehigh Sports Magazine – Lehigh’s half-hour television show featuring highlights and interviews from coaches and student-athletes, including appearances by head baseball coach Sean Leary and team members.
All game broadcasts on-line are aired live, and are available on-demand for enjoyment at any time. A nominal monthly subscription fee of $4.95 is required to access the package.
