Lehigh's win streak snapped by Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Lehigh saw its three match winning streak come to an end on Wednesday as the Mountain Hawks were downed 5-2 by Jacksonville at the Keith Watson Family Tennis Complex. The loss drops the Brown and White back to .500 on the season at 5-5 and Lehigh wraps up its spring break trip with a 1-1 record.
The Mountain Hawks dropped the doubles point, winning only one match, as Junior Ashley Donohue and freshman Allie Schwartz blanked Elizabeth Styles and Keri Zwikker 8-0.
In singles play, the Mountain Hawks mustered just two wins, from sophomore Alexis Jacobi at fifth singles and junior Cessa Murasko-Blank at sixth singles.
Lehigh will return to the court on Tuesday when the Mountain Hawks return home to battle West Chester. The match will get underway at 3:00 from the Lewis Tennis Center.
