Junior Barrie Cominsky and senior Emily Studdiford were named to the 2004 All-Patriot League team as announced by the league on Thursday.  The 24-woman squad was voted on by the league’s coaches and features nine players that made the squad a season ago.

Cominsky, a first team selection, was a second team pick in 2003, and this year tied for the team lead with 25 goals.  Cominsky also registered ten assists, 35 points, 39 ground balls and 16 caused turnovers.  Comsinky’s speed and athleticism were vital to the Mountain Hawks offensive attack and will be relied upon heavily next season when the Mountain Hawks take the field.

Studdiford, a second team selection, tied Cominsky for the team lead with 25 goals, and she sat atop the team standings in points with 37.  She also handed out 12 assists and scooped up 26 groundballs.  After starting the season off slow, Studdiford picked it up towards the end and came on late, scoring four goals and notching four assists versus Villanova to give Lehigh its first Patriot League victory of the season.
