Bethlehem, PA – Lehigh rallied to capture three titles at the Patriot League Flighted Championship on Sunday on the Goodman Campus.  The Mountain Hawks won championships at fourth singles, and swept the doubles titles.

Newcomer Francesca Murasko-Blank made an immediate impact for Lehigh, as she captured the top spot at fourth singles.  Murasko-Blank bested Army’s Christine Bicksler 6-2, 6-3 to give the Mountain Hawks their first title of the day.  Lehigh’s Ashley Donohue also qualified for the semifinals at fourth singles, but fell to Army’s Bicksler earlier in the tournament.

In doubles action, Lehigh’s tandem of Kristen Nowicki and Rachel Samson earned a title by winning first pairs in straight sets over American’s Katarina Kollarova and Julia Colarusso by a score of 8-4.

Lehigh’s second day success didn’t end there.  At second doubles, Maria Anorga and Lindsay Long captured the title with a hard-fought 8-6 decision over Colgate’s Rebecca Smalley and Lindsey Suffredini.
