Becky Guman
Guman will enter her first year on the Mountain Hawk staff.  The Allentown native was a four-year letter winner for Lehigh from 2010-2013.

During her four years on the court, Guman was a standout player who was honored with numerous accolades for her efforts. After her senior year, Guman was honored with the Patriot League Leadership and Character Award.  The award honors those who demonstrate excellence in leadership and service while participating in Patriot League athletics.

Guman was the unquestioned leader of a young Lehigh team that went 14-16 overall and 6-8 in the Patriot League in 2012-13. She started 29 games and posted career-best averages of 7.1 points and 5.1 rebounds per game.  She was called on as a leader on and off the court during the season, using her ability to develop meaningful relationships with a diverse constituency to positively influence others to achieve a goal. She organized her senior class to work together for the best interests of the team and served as a voice of communication in the locker room.

In each of her last two seasons, Guman was selected to participate in Lehigh's most selective leadership development program. She received feedback that she scored highest in areas of communication and showing respect and care for others which allowed her to successfully serve as an influence for her team in any circumstances.

Guman made numerous appearances on the Dean's List and the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in her Lehigh career. She won a Patriot League title as a freshman and in April received the Mary O. Hurley senior female leadership award at the Convocation. Guman was also accepted into an AIDS research program in Africa.
