2026 INDOOR: Louis competed in seven meets... at the Dr. Sander Scorcher, Louis placed 25th in the mile with 5:10.42... at the Lehigh Lafayette Dual Meet, Louis placed second in the 1000 Meters with 2:56.55 ... at the Fastrack Invitational, Louis placed 11th in the 800 Meters with 2:17.14… set a personal record of 5:01.29 in the mile to finish fourth at the Widener Indoor Classic… set a personal record of 2:13.40 in the 800m to finish third at the Philadelphia Metro… was on the sixth place 4x800m and distance medley relay teams at the Patriot League Championships.

Louis came all the way from Bishop Blanchet High School in Seattle, Washington, the furthest commute of all of this year’s cross country class. She conquered the west coast, coming out of high school athletics as an eight-time state qualifier. Louis also graduated with high honors and was a member of the National Honor Society.
